CarveLines services are intended exclusively for professionals acting for the purposes of their business. Recourse to the consumer mediator provided for in Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code is reserved for disputes involving a consumer and therefore does not apply to these services.

What this site processes, and what it does not
This site sets no cookies, runs no audience measurement and uses no advertising trackers. Technical data is processed by the host that keeps the site running, and data is processed when you send us the request-access form.
Processing in detail
1. Request-access form.
- Data collected: name, work email address, company, role, use case, product of interest, description of your need, timing and, where applicable, the attachment you choose to add.
- Purpose: to review your request, reply, discuss the use case and scope, send you a proposal and follow up the business relationship.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, and legitimate interest.
- Recipients: Cervino Ventures only, and the host (Netlify), which technically routes and stores form submissions.
- Retention: three years after the last contact, unless you ask for erasure earlier.
If a document contains sensitive information or personal data about third parties, we agree the right set-up with you before it is sent.
2. Hosting logs.
- Data: IP address and request timestamps, processed by the host (Netlify) to serve and secure the site.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Duration: limited, set by the host.
3. Fonts and images. Fonts and images are hosted on this site and loaded from no third-party server, so displaying them shares your IP address with no one but the host.
Transfers outside the European Union
Hosting (Netlify, United States) involves transfers of technical data and form submissions outside the European Union, covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR — standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, which you can exercise by email at the contact address above. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Form requests are routed by the host and then handled in Cervino Ventures’ business mailbox. No prospect database is publicly exposed.
